Mediation is an alternative method of resolving a dispute. Venters specialize in family and civil mediation. This means that we are qualified to work in cases involving separation, divorce, finance & children matters.
We are also able to mediate in cases involving civil dispute including employment law, neighbour dispute, contract dispute etc.
If disputes are settled outside the courts, solutions are more likely to succeed than when imposed by the Court, it can also be cheaper and quicker.

Tuesday 22nd April marked a landmark change to the way Family Law and the Court will operate from now on.
Care proceedings will take much less time to conclude; experts will be more difficult to instruct and divorce and children’s arrangements between parents and family members will be approached by the courts very differently. June Venters QC explains some of these changes on BBC news.
