New - Client Assist fixed fee support appointment

Venters Solicitors has launched a brand-new self-help appointment service to provide fixed fee support to those clients who wish to manage the majority of their case themselves.

Solicitor and Practice Manager Carly Fiander, says “According to The Law Society, in 2022, the number of cases in the family courts where neither party had legal representation was 39%, so we felt it was important to offer a service that would give litigants in person access to the advice and support they need on a pay as you go basis. Venters understand the cost-of-living pressures that everyone is feeling, and the fixed fee self-help appointment allows clients to receive some important legal support and guidance to help with their case, whilst keeping costs down.”

The 2-hour Client Assist appointment with a family law solicitor can be used to support clients in a number of different scenarios, including:

  • Assistance with drafting statements or court pleadings

  • Assistance with a children law application, C100

  • Assistance with the online divorce portal to avoid the application being rejected

  • Advice on the best course of action in any family law or children law matter.
