Carly Fiander

Carly commenced employment with Venters in 2002 as a Paralegal. Her Training Contract commenced in 2003 and she qualified as a Solicitor in 2005. Carly made Partner in 2012 and Practice Manager in 2016.

She is responsible for the day to day operational performance and service delivery of all departments in the firm, including HR, IT and Complaints. Her role requires full-time contribution to the development of strategy and best practice for the departments and company as a whole.

Carly runs the Practice Management team as well as providing day to day support to the fee earners.
