Notable Cases

Removal of Parental Responsibility

Imogen successfully represented a mother in complex private law children proceedings involving extreme domestic abuse, securing the rare and significant outcome of the father's parental responsibility being removed.

Acting throughout the proceedings, Imogen secured orders that:

  • Removed the father's parental responsibility;
  • Confirmed that the child would live with the mother and have no contact with the father;
  • Restricted the father's ability to make future applications to the court without permission.

By presenting a clear welfare-focused case supported by independent evidence and professional recommendations, Imogen secured long-term stability and protection for both mother and child.
