In Memory of Chris Boot

It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of our much-loved and highly respected partner, Chris Boot.

We are all deeply shocked and saddened by Chris’s death. At such a difficult time, we draw some comfort and strength from sharing our grief together, as colleagues and friends, and from the knowledge of just how much Chris meant to so many of us.

I would like to take this opportunity publicly to acknowledge the enormous respect and genuine fondness with which Chris was held throughout the firm. She was a deeply valued colleague and friend, and her loss will be felt profoundly by us all.

Above all, our thoughts are with those for whom this loss is immeasurably greater. Our hearts go out to Chris’s husband, her children, her grandchildren and all her family and those who knew and loved.
