Help with costs towards mediation in relation to Child Arrangements

The government is currently giving clients the opportunity to have some of their mediation fees paid where there are child arrangement issues.

The government is currently giving clients the opportunity to have some of their mediation fees paid where there are child arrangement issues. This is not Legal Aid and is not a means tested offer, it is open to all clients as long as they have attended a Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting with an Accredited Mediator who has registered with the Family Mediation Council to apply for these vouchers. Venters Family Mediation is registered and we have had lots of clients who have received this significant financial assistance towards their mediation costs and gone on to reach agreement on all issues.
